Programs

The Western New Public Health Alliance was funded in 2004 as an Advanced Practice Center to focus on rural preparedness. Working with the eight counties of Western New York and contiguous Pennsylvania and Canadian provincial agencies, the WNYPHA APC has developed tools and resources to assist emergency planners with urban to rural evacuation and cross-jurisdictional planning. The WNYPHA APC is a member of the APC Alumni Network.
