WNYhelpnet.org is the on-line directory of health and safety-net services, New York State subsidized health insurance programs, and programs that provide services for free or at reduced costs for individuals in need. This directory includes services provided throughout the eight counties of Western New York, including Erie, Niagara, Orleans, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Allegany, Genesee, and Wyoming counties.

This web-based directory is the first region-wide effort of its kind to consolidate many small directories into one comprehensive database. It is specifically designed to reduce access barriers to services for those who lack health insurance or ability to pay.

Included on this site are health and safety-net service agency names, programs, descriptions, hours of operation, and eligibility requirements. The site is open to community organizations and the public. There is no fee or charge associated with the site.
